Self-love is something I truly believe everyone should have. When you truly love yourself, you're teaching others how to love, respect, and value you. Your values that you hold for yourself will be the same values that sets your boundaries for your life.
I'm going to give you some self-loving tips to implement into your life daily.
Write down the values that mean the most to you. ex: (respect, faith, strength) and implement those values every day. Speak them out loud and consciously feel them. This helps bring those values to the conscious mind so that they are real.
Your values should be something that you hold dear to your heart, because with these values you will teach people who you are, what you are, and how you live! In return, this will teach them how to value you.

Meditate! Go to a quiet area, sit, and relax your body, mind, and spirit.

You can sit on the floor with your legs crossed in the lotus position
Shoulders up right
Chin up
Hands placed on your knees or inner lap
Clear your mind of all thoughts. Be in the now and worry about nothing at the present moment.
Breath in and out through your heart. Nice deep steady breaths.
Meditate for about 5-10 minutes
*If you are new to meditation I recommend that you start out even less than that, until you're able to focus and sit completely still.
Take a day out of every week to spend on just self. Take yourself out on date (yes! go spend time with yourself to learn more about yourself). Discover all the things you didn't even know you could like.

Drink plenty of water! Not only does it nourish the body but it helps with glowing skin.
Nourish your stomach and intestines with healthy food.
Talk kindly to yourself! The things we tell ourselves dictate how our day will be. If you think today will be a bad day... guess what? It will be. You will look for all the things that can go wrong vs seeing all the things that's going right.
Believe in yourself. Believe that you are capable of accomplishing anything you put your mind to.
Keep the negative self talk away. When you feel a negative thought coming, tell it "nope, not today" and replace it with a positive thought.

Make these things a daily habit. It takes between 21 to 62 days to develop a habit!
Just stay consistent and you will see and feel the self-loving changes in your life.
